The Paradise Retreat is a private home located in the quaint town of Nokomis on the west Gulf Coast of Florida. Its ideal location makes it convenient to the Venice and Sarasota beaches. It is completely furnished, kid friendly and is ideal for visiting relatives, corporate housing, honeymoons, or for those just in need of a quiet place for a relaxing vacation. Quality bedding for 8 guests are provided. (no pull-out sofas) Wireless internet, unlimited local and long distance phone service (within the US), fax/printer and workdesk are provided at no additional cost. For the comfort of our guests, our home is smoke free and we don't allow pets. 

The Paradise Retreat combines the luxuries of a resort with all the comforts of home in a private tropical setting. Take a swim in the 14' x 28' in-ground pool. The pool can be heated with propane in the cooler months or you can relax in the ozone purified spa while enjoying the panoramic tropical scenery with exotic birds and spectacular sunsets right in the backyard!

When you awaken refreshed each day, you will enjoy all the conveniences of home in our fully stocked kitchen. It is outfitted with favorite culinary tools, spices and condiments as well as everything you will need to put together a special meal you'll savor in an intimate setting. The lanai features a large propane grill for the poolside BBQ's. Linens and towels are provided as well as everything you need for the beach! (towels, coolers, ice packs, umbrella and sand toys).
